it's a bit of a detour down the hill from the Faraclett circular walk. It's Scotland so you don't need permission, but everything is so much easier if you don't have a pet dog. the farm dog is very friendly.

This is another stone with drinking folklore; on Hogmanay it is reputed to walk to the Loch of Scockness for some refreshment.

Permission ought to be sought to visit here, as the stone is off the designated walk around Faraclett head. When I visited, I came across the farmer rounding up sheep on his quad bike, and he was absolutely fine for me to visit the stone.
