Megalithic Mysteries - Scotland Navigation:
Sometimes referred to as COLMAC circle. The raised platform approx 40 cm high the stones stand upon is not prehistoric but is raised soil left behind by a the close-packed ring of trees, shown in the old photo below, that used to surround the site.
