Megalithic Mysteries - Channel Islands Navigation:
More
interesting to read about in Kinney's little megaliths guidebook than to visit, this site
was only discovered in 1976, so a full modern excavation was possible of the untouched
site - all of the other Guernsey sites were pillaged long ago. The site was rich in finds,
and The architecture of this site is unique and very ancient - 4500BC, making this
site older than most other sites in the UK, and one of the oldest structures in Europe.
