This lovely restored dolmen in a round cairn with a heavily carved capstone can be found in the mountains to the south of the village of Saint-Michel-de-Llotes in Pyrénées-Orientales.

This lovely restored dolmen in a round cairn with a heavily carved capstone can be found in the mountains to the south of the village of Saint-Michel-de-Llotes in Pyrénées-Orientales.

Somewhere in the forest up on the hillside above can be found the Dolmen pres de la cote 538.
ocdolmen (2006-04-11)
in catalan, Creu de la Llosa = Cross of the big stone. There is no christian cross around. It's perhaps an allusion to the several crosses engraved on the dolmen capstone.
