Can you walk across to the Langstone from Great Staple Tor, or is it boggy in that area?

Probably not a good idea to go directly, thats Langstone Mire in the background, but from Great Staple Tor it is very straightforwards to go to Langstone Moor stone circle, and then you can go round to the Langstone - but not in a straight line unless you like bog snorkelling !
