Tholos do Monge submitted by Bak_teria on 26th Aug 2014. As you can see by this picture the plants and the trees have taken over the place. The Tholos is almost imperceptible. It's situated near by a geodetic marker at the top of Sintra's Hill.

Most of the mortal remains of the bodies suggest that they were buried in a fetal position. The corpses were found lying against the walls.
