Stanbury Hill 07
Date Added: 17th Sep 2010
Site Type: Rock Art
Country: England (Yorkshire (West))
Visited: Yes on 30th Nov 2008

Stanbury Hill 07 submitted by Andy B on 30th Nov 2008. 102 - Cups, some ringed, short grooves, one cup with groove out and two ring. What is especially interesting about this rock is that it has been 'dressed' after carving and appears to have been cut from a larger rock. This raises the possibility is that it was cut down and moved to it's present location some time after it was originally carved.
