In this image there is also a well preserved 17th century windmill. The ambience of this site is very good, since it is situated at the edge of the ''Stora Alvaret'', a limestone barren ecological zone, which is replete with rare and endangered wildflowers and other biota.
Virtually the entire southern part of this island lie within a designated UNESCO World Herit...
