Wodanstein in Lanzenhagen submitted by Harald_Platta on 7th Oct 2015. The Wodanstein is a granite boulder in Raesfeld (North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany). It is supposed to mark an ancient pagan sanctuary.

Log Text: I was particularly surprised that the information plate is in such good condition and showed no signs of vandalism or natural decay. The place is better to reach after rain only in rubber boots (no direct way, but you can see the information board from the street).

Log Text: The tumuli can be easily reached on foot. There is also an information board at the beginning of the circular route. A total of around 45 tumuli from the Bronze Age can be found here.
