Dolmen dit la Pierre Fouquerée submitted by thecaptain on 13th Jan 2006. This dolmen is not so easy to find as its neighbour, La Pierre Levée, but is in the middle of a field of maize to the west of the farm of Bois des Mottes near the village of Ardillières.

Pierres Closes de Charas 1 submitted by thecaptain on 18th Jan 2006. This odd burial chamber can be found to the northwest of the historic Naval town of Rochefort, amongst the marshes of the Charente river estuary.
It consists of an oval shaped chamber which has been carved out of a big solid block of rock, on top of which is a limestone capstone.

Dolmen des Sept Chemins submitted by TheCaptain on 31st Jul 2013. Sept Chemins dolmen can be found not far from the Bougon necropolis, just to the south of the Sept Chemins crossroads. It has been recently restored, and sits in a little area with parking and notice board.

This is stated to be the oldest known and dated man made building in all the Atlantic facing lands.
Inside the entrance is a round room, roofed not with a large slab, but with corbelling.

Bougon Tumulus D submitted by TheCaptain on 29th Aug 2010. Bougon D seems to be more a defining line separating the necropolis into two parts and it winds in a serpent like form between the quarries used to get the stone to build the other tumuli.
It is about 70 metres in length, but only 1 or 2 metres in width and height.

Monpalais dolmen 2 submitted by thecaptain on 5th Sep 2009. Just 50 metres west of Taizé No 1 is this poor little thing. It also looks to have been recently excavated and restored, but there can't have been much to work on. There is a collapsed capstone and two side stones, and also probably the backstone, but it is now all nearly flat to the ground.
