Log Text: There are at least four tumuli groups in this local area. I've arbitrarily chosen to make Eastbourne Downs tumuli the group (of two) which has the largest tumulus: I've called this Tumulus A (50.76685,0.24699)

Dorset Cursus submitted by JimChampion on 2nd Apr 2005. Looking NE along the course of the Dorset Cursus from Gussage Hill to Bottlebush Down. The cursus banks no longer remain in this 3 km section so their route has been sketched out in white. In the foreground is the grassy remains of Gussage Down settlement, in the centre the Bronze Age round barrows on Wyke Down.
