On the northern side of the leat is another interesting cairn, the remains of which these days is not much more than an overgrown pile of stones and rubble, eaten away on its western side by the vehicle track which runs up the hillside from the leat crossing.

Shot inside the Eastern edge of the Circle, looking due north.
We have the NorthEast Trilithon on the left with the morning-shadow of Stones 6/7/107 falling across it.
Bluestone 32-C is in the shadow of Stone 6.
It was a lovely morning!

Log Text: Replica of destroyed stone circle. Stones are created from concrete and the nearby rubbish dump and polluted ground is unsightly.

Goughs Cave (Cheddar) submitted by creators on 20th Jun 2005. One of the many side pools in Gough's Cave, Cheddar with beautiful formations.
Though, as you can see from the broken off stalactite, someone thought that owning a souvenir was more important than preserving these incredible caves for all.
