An incredible complex of monuments. Dragon Hill was amazing, the wind was roaring over from the East, if felt like the dragon was roaring in my ears! The photo was taken from the white horse, which can be seen in the foreground.

I have wanted to visit this site for a long time. A very peaceful, wowful, place. The walk from Uffington Castle and the white horse, along the ridgeway was beautiful too.
This site was used in Manda Scott's "Crystal Skull", and was brilliantly described, making me want to visit the site even more...

This photo was taken from Nine Stones Close. The setting sun lit the rocks with a spectactular red light. The settlement is a jumble of rocks, but man made walls can clearly still be seen. When I visited the site, I didn't realise it was a settlement, it is not marked as such on the OS map. I need to go back! Grid Ref:SK227623
