Along it's side the stone points to Carn Breseb and, along a clearly-defined diagonal, to 3deg magnetic (ie true) North.
In the picture camera lens distortion does not show this, so if anyone would like to check it for me.....

The strongest contender for the bronze age robbed cist, a robbed cist with some cairn material left over, overlaid by the fort wall, sounds like looking for a needle in a haystack... a haystack made of needles. But it's in the right place and I can imagine a cist once being where the green low bushes are now.
