The well has recently been restored as part of the renovation of the whole site, which is well worth a visit and very atmospheric. Not much was known about the well at the time of my visit, but the intention was to continue exploration if possible.

St Seiriol's Well

Presaddfed submitted by pab on 25th Sep 2012. Presaddfed, September 2012 Timber support which features in most photos on Portal has now been removed, so the more southerly chamber looks even better. Delightful location - the walk over the field feels more like a procession, with the chambers looking more impressive all the time.

Île Carn cairn submitted by theCaptain on 19th Apr 2014. Ile Carn, central and right hand chamber entrances. Unfortunately, being close up to the carn and it is difficult to get a good full view of the front face. My attempt to stich several pictures have so far failed using ICE, this is the best I could do, so will have to spend ages manually fixing bits together at some time in the future.
