Twr-y-Fan Foel cairn submitted by cerrig on 28th Apr 2010. Looking West, Twr-y-Fan Foel is the pointy peak in the middle distance. The lake here is Llyn y Fan Fach, and is probably the only mountain lake in the world that has a slope.

Bryn y Gorlan submitted by cerrig on 23rd May 2010. Bryn y Gorlan circle, from the north. These stones are the only ones visible now, the grass has swallowed the other 6. Just over the skyline is Cefn Gwernffwrd complex, with it's own circle and associated monuments.
There are other monuments close to this circle , but the grass has claimed them too.
