Y Pigwn cairn 2

Y Pigwn cairn 2 submitted by cerrig on 15th Aug 2010. Cairn 2, on the skyline here. This is looking North, from the Roman road. Anyone trying to find the circles could do worse than follow the road to this stone, then walk to the cairn, then head East for 200 meters. You'll then be in Smiths, and they sell maps of the area.

Bylchau Blaenclydach Stone

Bylchau Blaenclydach Stone submitted by cerrig on 24th Aug 2010. This is a very curious stone. The notch looks like it could be natural, or an eroded man made hole. There are also 2 arrow heads carved into the stone just below the notch, pointing at each other. The pony is one of many that roam freely over these hills. This view looking South East , towards Nant Tarw circles.
