Stonehenge. submitted by Feanor on 23rd Jun 2011. Inside the Ring 26 October 2010, ~9.30 AM Shot inside the Eastern edge of the Circle, looking due north. We have the NorthEast Trilithon on the left with the morning-shadow of Stones 6/7/107 falling across it. Bluestone 32-C is in the shadow of Stone 6. It was a lovely morning!

Fourknocks submitted by kenwilliams on 19th Oct 2005. An extremely wide lens fits in just about the entire chamber, taken from the short passageway. Note the carvings on the free standing stone to the right. The light is natural light from the ingeniously placed holes in the modern roofing.

Bwlch Standing Stone submitted by thecaptain on 6th May 2004. Bwlch Standing Stone in Powys, SO150219 At Bwlch, the A40 makes a large hairpin bend to get up the hillside. In the field which is largely surrounded by this road is this Standing Stone, which is about 2 metres tall.

This is the view from the South East, on a bearing of approx. 300 degrees North West, along the very flat and dead vertical "smiley"faced Northern flank. If someone hadn't thoughtfully planted a tree in the way you would be able to see that this stone is aligned on the top of Myarth hill (not the summit), beyond this the line goes to Bwllch standing stone, out of site from here.
