Log Text: There is a set a side area to the north of the road which is a nature reserve managed by a local group. In this area are several obvious barrows and two not so obvious disc barrows. In total around nine in this area, accross the road are several more and approximately 200m down the road several more.

Grimsbury Castle submitted by custer on 22nd May 2011. The road passes through the middle of the fort. This is as it passess through the western embankment. The eastern embankment is overgrown and less obvious.

Log Text: Nice woodland pathways through open woods very atmospheric however this does mean it is not possible to get a good overall feel for the site.
