Site Type: Standing Stones
Country: Scotland (Perth and Kinross)

Staredam Standing Stones submitted by hamish on 26th Oct 2005. These stones are in a field just off the road. you can park in the farm lane. There is a cross incised on the face of the righthand stone. The Society of Antiquaries state that this is one the first examples of a symbol of the Christian faith to be placed on a stone of a pre-historic group.
