Go to Carnkie on the south side of Carn Brea and take a narrow and sometimes bumpy lane to the top, there is plenty of parking spots.Between the restaurant and the monument are some amazing rock formations.
These may be Neolithic or just wind and rain scoured but works of art just the same.

The path to get here is not for the faint hearted,it is very rutted and slippery. When you get to the Quoit the effort is well worth while.A magnificent monument with tremendous views.
