A few stones slightly poke through the turf, with others hidden, and with an "eye of faith" a circle can be made out.

View through the 'goalposts' of the Pipers, neatly framing Stowe's Hill in the distance (home of the Cheesewring natural rock feature and the neolithic enclosure of Stowe's Pound). These two stones stand to the west of the Hurlers stone circles. The dung in the foreground is from the ponies that graze the moor.

Log Text: Interesting Chambered Tomb on the roadside. Appears to have worked markings on a number of surfaces with an interesting angled access passage connected to the now exposed main structure.

Log Text: A great experience. One shaft is open to the public at certain times. Check online for details.
Don the provided hard hat and decend the shaft to view side shafts and artefacts. The surrounding area, with other shafts, either marked or filled, can we rambled on at leasure throughout the year.
