Seen from the spoil heap on the open day (Sunday 29 June 2008). The site was being prepared for mast-cam photographs two days later.

The cursus banks no longer remain in this 3 km section so their route has been sketched out in white. In the foreground is the grassy remains of Gussage Down settlement, in the centre the Bronze Age round barrows on Wyke Down. Log Text: I've since revisited and there is another mound under the trees to the right! However access is up a steep climb up a field edge, easiest on north side of cottage at base but path is actually on the south side.
