One thing the guide books fail to mention is the stones that line the hillside.These make this site unique amongst those I have visited and it makes me wonder if those surrounding other dolmens were put there not to hold in earth mounds but some form of energy.To quote(?)someone "If Roman remains have been covered by earth why have Neolithic remains been uncovered?"

Also Known as Arthur's Stone,from this site you can view the N & S coasts of the Gower.FOR ANYONE VISITING - when you reach the site from the road follow the right hand path (northwards) and if you look in the heather on either side you will see that you are walking inside an avenue of of stones.If you choose the left hand path - well who knows?

Nant Tarw Stone Row submitted by sem on 8th Mar 2005. Nant Tarw recumbent monolith lies to the west of the two circles. To the south east of the circles,on the slopes of Garn Las, lie at least forty other stones, many showing signs of packing and all missed by archaeologists and RCAHM.
